What you confirm each time you add an entry or attach proof.
Updated 2 November 2026
Draft awaiting the University's approval. The Registrar and the Data Protection Officer need to approve this wording, including anything marked to be confirmed.
Each time you add an entry, you confirm that
- the entry is true and complete to the best of your knowledge;
- it is your own work or achievement, and your role in it is stated fairly;
- any attached proof is a genuine copy and you are entitled to share it with the University;
- it contains no patient-identifiable information;
- it may be checked with the issuing body and included in filings to statutory and accreditation bodies.
Copyright
You keep any rights you hold in your work. You allow the University to hold a copy of the proof and to include details of the work in reports and filings. A publisher's copyright in a published article is unaffected; attach only what you may share.
Corrections
If you find an entry is wrong, correct it from your record. The original stays in the history.
